  1. Hillbilly Music (A.K.A. Country Music Is Here To Stay) Frankie And Johnny Home Ironically, it's yet another different version to the one erroneously featured by Rhino, when they issued "Greatest" on both vinyl and CD back in This poor old album changes its character every time it goes near a pressing plant! Even more seriously /5(4).
  2. Jan 30,  · There are websites that will tell you the value of old or rare albums, I can’t remember the name offhand, but the way I determined the value of the boxes of them I had found in my parents’ attic was by looking on the places where I planned to sell.

  5. LP, Vinyl record album. Various Bakersfield Sound – Country Music Capitol Of The West to (10CD set) The music is very different than standard CD. Various Wayfaring Strangers – Guitar Soli. Numero, Mid 60s/s/Early 80s. First up is Still The Same Ole Me – and on the set, George Jones is still definitely the same.
  6. Sound quality on this CD is superb. There's a disclaimer following Bill Carlisle's wonderfully driving 'Bell Clappin' Mama' apologizing for the inherent distortion of the original recording. True, this does represent the lowest fi on the album, but it's still far superior to that on many current reissue CDs/5(2).
